WHAT WE DO

The LPA Academy is committed to providing first class professional football coaching for boys and girls of all ages and abilities to help them become THE BEST THAT THEY CAN BE.

Our programme, The Soccer Pathway®, has been created by our Directors following over 50 years of coaching experience and focuses on individual technical skill development and small group play. Our method currently aids over 5k players per week, along with coaches and teachers, within Surrey, Kent and Sussex. Our highly qualified coaches deliver structured, fun sessions in a safe environment helping children gain confidence and skill both on and off the pitch.

1 to 1 Sessions

LPA Academy gives you the opportunity to keep fit and improve your footballing technique by offering one on one coaching sessions. Each session has a purpose and targets. Suitable for children of all ages and abilities, our one-to-one coaching sessions are tailored to the needs and learning style of each individual player. Within each session we look to improve players confidence with and without the ball, motivate players to work hard on and off the football pitch and to develop the player and person.

We feel that setting personal targets for the children is a great way to keep them motivated, whether its touching the football 1000 times in an hour, making 5000 steps on their Fitbit or learning a new technique they have struggled to execute under pressure.
